What times do the doors open before a show?

Doors will open around an hour before a show begins. This can vary from event to event though. Be sure to check the information once you have booked a show to confirm the time you can enter the venue. 

Is there a refund policy?

All ticket sales at the venue are final. There are no refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased. 

Can the theater be rented out for private events?

Yes! The theater can be rented out for a range of private events. If you are interested in finding out more about how to rent the theater, you can do so on the RBTL website. 

To do so, you will need to fill out a form and include all the necessary information. Some of the info you need to provide includes a description of the event you plan to hold as well as the name of your event. 

If you are planning to rent the theater on behalf of an organization, you will also need to include the name and details of that organization.
