Rochester Broadway Theatre Rules

The Rochester Theatre has guidelines put in place to ensure the safety of both the customer and the staff. These are also available for any questions related to attending a show or event. Please read below prior to the day to avoid any disappointment or disruption.

Will the seats I buy online be next to each other?
Due to the design of the theater even number seating is on the right hand side and odd numbers on the left. Please be aware that it just depends on the row, there is a chance there maybe be an aisle in the middle of seats that have been booked together.

When are Box Office hours?
The Box Office is always open during the hours of 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Weekend hours differ and Saturday the office will close early, the hours are 10am – 2pm.

Is there a Refund option available?
Please note that if you cannot attend a show, you will not be able to cancel, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different date.
